Our default shipping method for purchasing through our system is standard ground and priority mail USPS. If you prefer other than, please contact us to let us know your shipping preferences. We will usually ship within 1 to 2 business days of receiving cleared payment.

International Shipping: If you choose First Class Mail International for shipping method:
- Service available worldwide for items weighing up to 4 pounds
- Delivery time varies by destination (Approximate: 2-6 Weeks)
- No tracking

Note: Since USPS does not offer tracking for First Class Mail International, we will not cover claims against items not recieved do to USPS non delivery. We have no way to verify delivery.

Local Pick Up: The address provided is only one of our office locations. If local, customers may pick up orders here, but must schedule an appointment first. Our manufacturing company is located in Stanton, California and may pick up orders there with a scheduled appointment as well.

Warranty and Returns: Products are guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the date the product was received by the customer against defects in material and workmanship by our company or the original product manufacture. All products must be authorized prior to return and must send the remainder of product back to our company. The customer may contact us for returns, refunds or exchanges within 30 days from the date the product was received by the customer if not satisfied with anything purchased from www.whitewizardproducts.com that we may come to a satisfactory resolution.
